SUBSCRIBE - we want to keep you informed of the latest Christian music just as soon as it is available. We promise not to send your name or email address to anyone else.

CURRENCY - we price products in Pounds and also show a US dollar and Euro price. Please note that because of currency fluctuations the price in Euros or dollars can vary by a few cents either way.

RETURNS - CDs will only be accepted for credit by prior arrangement. Items must be returned at customers expense and a charge of £2.50 per CD will be made.

STOCK AVAILABILITY With over 2000 products listed we are unable to stock every item. Orders for items not in stock will be processed as quickly as possible. If the distributor or importer is out of stock the item will remain on backorder. You may if you wish obtain a refund at any time up to the day the stock is received by us.

SHIPPING / POSTAGE We do NOT charge for shipping or postage for items delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom. The price against each item is the total price. For items despatched outside the UK a single charge of 2 pounds to Europe and 3 pounds to USA and 4 pounds elsewhere is added to the total cost. Where orders are received from overseas for more than one CD we reserve the right to request additional contribution to postage cost.

TAXES Acorndirect is based in Guernsey and VAT is NOT charged on any sale. We post items to the EU in packages with a maximum value of 18 pounds sterling and this should incur no charges on import to any EU country. Some non EU countries may charge import duty.

SEARCH Our search facility is now very fast. Enter any or all of a title or artist and press GO. We find that using one word - preferrably the least common -works best. If you wish to use more than one word we recommend a phrase inserted between inverted commas.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa MasterCard Switch Delta, Electron and Solo cards. We reserve the right to request payment by bank draft - this is especially to prevent the frequent fraudulent orders received from some nations. Orders from West Africa must be paid by bank draft and will not be despatched until payment is cleared.

Three main methods of payment are offered:-

- highly recommended and totally reliable accepting all major credit cards

- you can transfer funds from your own PAYPAL account or use your credit or debit card

- 100% secure but occasionally returns a problem if you've changed address or make a small error in your address. In case of difficulty use SAGEPAY

DELIVERY is by airmail. We aim to despatch most orders in 48 hours but please allow at least 7 days for delivery to Europe and 14 days elsewhere..

NON DELIVERY - if your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time we will replace - EXCEPT - items shipped to South America, Africa, Asia are at owners risk. We guarantee despatch but regret we cannot accept responsibility for non delivery.
