I DREAMED A DREAM - SUSAN BOYLE

48 year old church volunteer Susan Boyle was born and raised in Blackburn, Scotland, and before Britain’s Got Talent lived at home with her cat Pebbles.

Susan has been singing since she was twelve years old and before the show regularly attended her local church to help out however and whenever she could. For her Britain’s Got Talent audition, which was aired nationally on ITV, Susan chose to sing I Dreamed a Dream from Les Miserables.

Her audition went on to be viewed by over 300 million people across the world on YouTube and Susan rocketed to international stardom. On the night of the Britain’s Got Talent final Susan finished in a respectable second place to dance troupe Diversity. An inspiration for those who have a dream, the talented Susan Boyle presents her stunning debut album. I Dreamed a Dream, the album, crafted by world acclaimed producer Steve Mac, demonstrates Susan Boyle’s extensive musical ability. Featuring her signature songs, I Dreamed a Dream and Cry me a River, the album also includes a haunting rendition of the Rolling Stones’ Wild Horses, the hymns How Great Thou Art and Amazing Grace and Who I Was Born To Be an original recording written specially for Susan.
